Event: The Haunted Circus at HK Hall
Organizer: The Reserved Group and Collaborative partners

1. All Sales Are Final
All ticket sales for The Haunted Circus at HK Hall are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, transportation issues, or dissatisfaction with the event experience.
Please review all event details carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Event Entry Requirements

• Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.

• Attendees must be 21 years of age or older.

• All guests must comply with the event’s costume policy and venue guidelines.

• Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly approved by event management.
   

3. Rescheduled or Canceled Events
If The Haunted Circus at HK Hall is rescheduled, your existing ticket(s) will automatically be valid for the new date.
If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to venue restrictions, severe weather, acts of God, or government orders), management reserves the right to issue partial or full refunds at its discretion, minus processing fees.

4. No Shows and Late Arrivals
Entry is not guaranteed after peak hours or once venue capacity is reached. Guests who arrive late or fail to attend the event will not be eligible for refunds or credits.

5. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Purchases
Any ticket found to be duplicated, stolen, resold above face value, or purchased through unauthorized channels may be voided without refund. The Reserved Group and its affiliates are not responsible for fraudulent tickets purchased outside of official platforms.

6. Venue and Production Changes
Event lineup, schedule, venue layout, and performance times are subject to change without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to refunds or compensation.

7. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer’s control — including natural disasters, strikes, power outages, or government restrictions — The Reserved Group reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event without liability for refunds beyond the policies outlined herein.
